Donate a backpack, help the United Way

The North Penn United Way has started collecting school supplies to fill backpacks for the Stuff the Bus initiative. Stuff the Bus is an annual drive that will equip more than a thousand elementary aged students in need in the North Penn and Souderton Area School Districts for the coming school year.
They will be collecting backpacks on Friday (Aug. 6) during Lansdale's First Friday.
They will be near the Kugel Ball in Railroad Plaza, Main Street, Lansdale.
You can help by donating a NEW backpack filled with the following supplies:
· Glue stick
· Box or two of tissues
· Small pencil/supply box or pouch
· Colored pencils and/or crayons
· 3 ring binder

IF you cannot make it on Friday, you can still donate .... here's how

You can also donate a gift card from a retailer that sell school supplies OR make a donation that will be used to buy the needed school supplies. Checks should be made payable to North Penn United Way, PO Box 99, Hatfield, PA 19440 and please be sure to note “Stuff the Bus” in the memo section. Each stuffed backpack costs approximately $25.
